At Blushu, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your cosmetic and perfume purchases. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully.
Returns:
- Due to the nature of our products and hygiene considerations, we generally do not accept returns on opened or used cosmetic and perfume products unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
- If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our customer support team within 30 days of receiving your order, providing clear photographic or video evidence of the damage or defect.
- To be eligible for a return of a damaged or defective item, the product must be in its original, unopened packaging with all original seals and labels intact.
- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
Refunds:
- Once your return of a damaged or defective item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 30 business days. Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a damaged or incorrect item).
Exchanges:
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges on our products due to logistical reasons. If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to follow the return process for damaged or defective items (if applicable) and then place a new order for the desired product.
Non-Returnable Items:
- For hygiene reasons, opened or used cosmetic and perfume products are generally non-returnable unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
Return Process for Damaged or Defective Items:
- Contact our customer support team at smile@blushu.in within 30 days of receiving your order, clearly stating the issue and providing supporting photographic or video evidence.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization if your claim is approved.
- Carefully package the damaged or defective item in its original packaging.
- Ship the item back to the address provided by our customer support team.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.
Cancellation Policy:
- You may be able to cancel your order before it has been shipped. Please contact our customer support team immediately if you wish to cancel.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you will need to follow the return process for damaged or defective items if applicable.
